A sway bar end link broke off of my wife’s Suburban. I called Weathers Motors in a pinch since it’s the main transportation vehicle for my 3 children. They were actually able to get me in the next day and have it done in a few hours. I was worried it was going to be a few days, especially with the holidays. And I had no idea what the price would be but it was so reasonable that I didn’t question the service manager. In fact, I told him to replace the other side just in case! Thank you again.

I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? After a loooong time searching for a reliable vehicle in my budget I finally found one , It was painful! I don’t know how I haven’t heard of them before because let me tell you their prices and customer work ethic is great! I didn’t have a lot of money to pay but they did everything to find me a good car! They gave me a discount and set up a payment plan for me even though it’s against their policy, when you’re doing good, it’s paying off! I’ll bring you more customers ! I have a 2003 it was bought new for my father as his company car it was always maintained and when he retired they gave it to him.After many years of abuse my dad does a lot of towing the rear end wore out.He sold it to me and i put another rear end in it.This car has 170,000 miles and runs like new the heated/air conditioned seats don't work anymore but i don't care i would sell my Porsche Boxster to keep this car going that's how much i like it!

Bought it used with only 60K miles on it. I love all the features and it’s just big enough for my needs. I highly recommend. Slightly larger than my mom’s MKC and I got spoiled driving her car while she was out of town.

My 1999 Lincoln Town Car has only 84,000 miles on it now. Had 62,000 when I bought it from the original owner, eight years ago. For $4,000. It has the Premium stereo package (which is so much fun to crank up when somebody in a primered beater, with rented rims and a backseat full of speakers rolls up. Lincoln drowns them out at half volume🤣) Leather seats, not cloth. This is my 12th one and probably my last. I'm 71 years young. The only repair was new rotors as previous owner was a left foot on brake, right on gas driver. Her son warned me. It had brand new tires. This car will jump up and Go. I put my kids in used Lincolns as a first car. Safety. Room for friends and band instruments. I think Lincoln has messed up by not making them anymore. An SUV no matter how luxurious is not what an older woman wants to arrive in, at a wedding or party.

Don't buy a hybrid with a 2 liter engine if you want speed off the line. That being said, I really like my 2017 sedan. I bought it toward the end of 2020 with mileage of less than 30K, and I'm still happy with my purchase, having driven 45K plus in the past three years. I never considered a Lincoln, much less a hybrid, until my husband told me how much he liked Lincolns as business rental cars. He was not disappointed with the MKZ. I miss having a moon roof, but other luxury features are not lacking -- for the rear passengers, the usb ports, the venting, and the roominess are all positives. The surprising amenity in the front is the forward center console. It has two open compartments, accessible from either seat, no digging under the armrest for maps, tissues, gum, etc. There are lighted cup holders and more ports for docking electronics, all of which have covers to give a sleek appearance. The door pockets are also well-designed, with cup holders there as well. There are enough different displays available to satisfy preferences for what a driver considers useful when driving. I like to monitor fuel economy, and there are two or three that include that feature. The idiot icons are not intrusive, but they can be insistent. Interior placement of the hood, trunk, and fuel door releases are not intuitive, but I did eventually become accustomed. Seat memory was always difficult. I needed the tutorial every single time I had to reset it. I love the exterior column-mounted keypad for unlocking/locking at the fueling station when I leave my purse inside the car for security. The LIncoln logo after dark when you approach the car is a nice touch. The trunk, which seems to be a drawback for some, is not so for me. It has lots of space, although the configuration may be daunting to those who travel with large pullman cases. It's rather like playing Tetris, and a pullman case will fit if positioned properly, but leave the second behind, and go with duffels and smaller cases and/or garment bags. It's ideal for city travel and highway travel. I drive both, and my mileage is 41+ on average. I've taken it to Colorado, Minnesota, and Maine, but I'm otherwise a flatlander. That might account for the stellar number. I have seen it as high as 50 under the right conditions! And yes, I know the cost of replacing the hybrid battery is pricey, but I consider it a known expense that will increase the useful life of my Lincoln. I have replaced tires, the 12-volt battery, and I've had only routine maintenance. I've had no problems or issues with it. It's been completely reliable, and my dealership service has been exemplary. I'd be very happy to drive it indefinitely. I consider the hybrid the best of both worlds--gas and electric.
