Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I highly recommend this dealership. After many frustrating visits and experiences with other car dealerships, I went into this dealership expecting more of the same games. However, after talking with salesperson Randy Cobb, my concerns quickly went away. He was a straight shooter and a pleasure to deal with. I wish more car dealerships had salespeople and practices like this. He was transparent about the condition of the vehicle. He didn’t treat negotiations like a game. He treated us with respect. He seemed like he genuinely cared about helping us. He didn’t pressure us. He went the extra mile every step of the way. Thanks again!

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I had to use this dealership for the first time for some warranty work on my Explorer. The Service Dept. was outstanding. Top notch service and everyone from the phone person that scheduled my appointment, to the lady courtesy driver, were super friendly and very professional. The experience was a very positive one and they will be my new Ford Delarship here in Tulsa, so much better than the one I was using. Thank you Riverside Ford for being an outstanding Service Dept.

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.
