We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.

The car has plenty of cup holders for family. It is very comfortable for grown teens and parents. The back cargo area holds much more than my prior vehicle.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Huge shoutout to our salesperson Onie Maisonneuve, who went above and beyond from start to finish. We live about an hour and a half away, but Onie made the process incredibly easy by handling everything over the phone ahead of time. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I can’t recommend Heller Ford highly enough. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles and values customer service, look no further. Ask for Onie—he’s the real deal!

The customer service here exceeds the ?Call of duty!? The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it. The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket. A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn?t happy with the car! ?This is where we need to be at!?

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.
