I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

I made an appointment to have my car to be serviced the day before. My appointment was 7:00 am. I bought my car in before 7'00 the service center was opened. I spoke to Mark to let him know I needed an oil change. He told me they had a lot of appointments before me. I told I was going out of town to pick up my daughter and if it could be sooner. My vehicle was done in about of hour and half. I appreciate Mark taking my situation into consideration.

He’ll of a good car. Bought mine new and been driving it for 4 years. Only has needed oil changes. Really great vehicle . Great gas mileage but a good sized luxury vehicle.

Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

The entire team was friendly and helpful. They found the financing that fit my situation , in spite of my less than great credit and small down payment. We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Very friendly and helpful. We meant to ask them that when she bought the car they only gave her one key fob. I thought two were standard.They kept us informed about the car problems and who to contact if we had questions.

Very comfortable, surprisingly quick for an inline 4. No real engine problems after 4 years of owning it. Still runs fine at 240k+ miles. I wish the interior roof was black and not PB colored.
