In 2016, I was interested in purchasing a new car and trading-in a car and a pickup. Every time I tried a dealership, I was either ignored or treated as if I was merely an old lady and didn't know what I really needed or even wanted. Until I went to Stillwell's. Everyone there realizes what they are there to do - treat the customer well. I truly felt as if I were important, and not just because I was there to buy a car. I was welcomed by the very first person I met. I didn't feel rushed nor ignored by any means. I did purchase a brand new car from them and continue to take it there for service, In fact, just recently. Always welcomed and provided with a nice waiting area and coffee. Karen is usually the first person I see, and she always has a big smile for you. Joe, one of her co-workers is also tops in my book.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

The installation of a new hood ornament was speedy and a generally easy and pleasant operation, due to the service associate Shawn Durham. It is always a tremendous pleasure to do business with him.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

My search for a car was very strategic so when it came time to buy, I already knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Doug was able to put my work to reality, and now I am a proud owner of my FIRST Chrysler product. Because I was pressed for time, and very particular, I had my doubts, especially having talked to so so many people responding to my request for information. Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690
