Bought a used one not a problem at all runs smooth. The interior is as comfortable as sitting on a couch. Love this car. After being 13 years old the only issue is the rocker panels are starting to rust. It spent most of it's life in NH. So being from a high salt use area, that's very good! It also holds it's value. Bonus.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. Very comfortable, surprisingly quick for an inline 4. No real engine problems after 4 years of owning it. Still runs fine at 240k+ miles. I wish the interior roof was black and not PB colored.

Rides nice, is roomy and has a great look. I've only had it for a week but I like the openness of an SUV but it still has the get up and go of a sedan. I also got the CPO warranty from Lincoln along with the purchase.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

ASE Parts Specialist and Mercedes tech retired. 2016 mkz 3.7 now with 60k miles. Throttle position sensor went south. Part of the throttle body. Simple job. Only issue I’ve had. Don’t understand why there is no front windshield chrome strip. Almost looks like it starting to delaminate ! Hmm Luxury car with no window trim odd I think. 3.7 pretty fast handles good. Low in front scrapes often

One year and 23,000 mines after buying a used 2016 MKZ with 72,000 miles on it (four previous owners), I can say that I like just about everything I've experienced. I do a lot of highway driving and have made two MI-FL round trips; gas mileage is 29.5 and my bad back doesn't complain afterward. Two minor quibbles: Low ground clearance means you have to watch parking blocks or you'll scrape the fenders and the infotainment system's touch-screen virtual buttons aren't terribly responsive. This is the best-looking of the 30+ cars I've owned and I get compliments at the car wash from other customers on the color (white platinum). Maintenance costs have been reasonable and I've had no nasty surprises, nor had my MKZ left me stranded on the side of the road. If I were shopping today I'd buy this car again.

this car has all the bells and whistles and buying it second hand meant i could have a "New Looking" fully loaded car for great price. V6 version i own never had any mechanical problems, plenty of power and reasonable gas mileage. Electronics all worked and i never had any problems...

This car is practical luxury and has not caused any issues The car has not required any more than tires and oil changes and is fast and solid on the highway

hi i inherited a 2003Lincoln town car my dad bought used in 2010 with 65,000 miles i believe he payed 7,100 $ it needed tires and rear suspension which he put springs in the back i believe the kit was 300bdollars then and about 1000$ to install them that was 13 yrs ago... have had this car and driven alot... now i own drive everyday it runs like the day we bought it it now has 115,000 miles body is starting to rust a little but we live in boston .. snow this car is an excellent car to have i change oilbreguarly i have nevet paid 7,000 dollars for a used car and driven it as long as this 13yrs and had to get tune-up recently at 100, 000 miles it was pricet as the spark plugs were about 22 dollars apiece need 8 but i mean this is 1 of the best cars you could buy ....

Love my big babi is what I call my 2012 Lincoln mkx. Few issues but still love my Lincoln 1.rear camera: goes in and out 80% of time it's upside down 2.A.c: blows hot air on passenger side and back 3. Loud screech sound when backing up while brake is applied 4. Dash goes black when comes back on error message system shutting down to save battery 5. Low tire pressure default; I checks my tire pressure literally every 3 days fear of having real issue while driving

This car is just so great, I can't believe how much quality I have for the money. I've had it for three years now and have put some money into the front end but other than that just routine maintenance. On the road it really shines at highway speeds. I always feel in control and that the car will give me more if I need it. I'm just now passing the hundred thousand mile marker. It just doesn't show any signs of slowing down. If you can get one, do it.

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

Can’t believe Ford stopped building, First is higher than other sedans. It is a hot rod with the larger engine, family car, etc. Has great passing power with very good fuel economy. Massaging seats are wonderful plus heat and cold with back seat heaters. The adjustable suspension was the deal maker for me. It also has the camera, parking assist on , and on! Keeping this car forever!

What can I say about the MKS, personally I drive a lot of miles for work (Chrysler) I started looking at sedans and fell in love with mks. Leg room is amazing and gas mileage is great for what I need it to do, I drive a lot of highway miles and tend to hate the sun so the retractable window shades have helped out a lot!
