My daughter's old 1999 car caught on fire on I -64 a week ago. After a week of looking online, she went on to test drive a rogue. It wasn't what she was expecting. Jessica was so sorry she got her manager and they found the perfect SUV to fit her needs and worked with her on the price. She took it overnight and we went back tjis morning where John and Jessica put her in the 2017 Rogue at a great price. It is the perfect first big car purchase for her! I will be back to deal with them again!! Excellent customer service.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

I don’t really like to write reviews but I had nothing but good things to say about this place I will be back soon when I need to get my son a vehicle.

Bought this 2008 Navigator Ultimate in 2021. It now has 238,000 miles on it. Paid $8500. Very few problems. Very dependable. I bought it after dealer put in 2nd engine (160,000 miles). One of the best vehicles I've ever owned. I've had it for 2 years now and only spent $1,200 in repairs and maintenance. The engine runs like new, very smooth. Previously, I've had a Bronco II, Ford Explorer and Ford Expedition. The Navigator is far more impressive in all aspects. I would not hesitate to buy another one.

I always have a great experience at James Collins ford. Ryan took great care of me and I was in and out of the dealership after having my regular maintenance and tire rotation on my car in less than an hour. Thank you, that is why I keep coming back.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Never expected to find the car of my dreams at the price I could afford! They made it happen!

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

The service manager Kim was accommodating and friendly. She got my car fixed quickly and is consistently reliable.

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

The car rides and handles very well. Quiet ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room inside, legroom, headroom. Gas mileage is very good. It's a great value for your dollar. I would recommend this car to everyone.

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

Luxury and over 40 MPG made this vehicle ideal for spending 75 minutes commuting to and from work every day. Excellent for long trips too.

My father bought this car brand new it had 800 miles on it he drove it up until about 6 months before we passed in 2016 and my mom drove it until 2022 when she passed and I ended up with the car at that point it had $128,000 original miles on it mostly all highway miles it looks as if it was brand new when I got it interior is absolutely plush I love the car on the freeway it's amazing it almost steers itself I've been doing some work on the exterior needs a roof needs repainted in the trunk needs repainted which down the road I will have the whole car repainted I will never ever ever sell this car it will go to one of my nephews I also love the look of the front end this is a first year that they rounded the front corners on the Town car 95 and before they were pointed 96 they rounded them they need to do an upgrade of that exact car and style it would sell like hotcakes

This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(
