In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Nate Casper in finance was amazing and even helped to change us from a lease into purchasing the car when he could see that it was better to purchase rather than lease for us. When I said in the beginning that it was like hanging out with friends that is really what it was like the whole way through. We love the car and we will be a customer for life. First bought 2008 and kept it. Now bought 2017 L 6 cylinder has more pep than 2008 Great ride 20 mpg on road 17 in city Dash could have been a little classier otherwise perfect Keep it up Lincoln 👍

If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

Very comfortable, surprisingly quick for an inline 4. No real engine problems after 4 years of owning it. Still runs fine at 240k+ miles. I wish the interior roof was black and not PB colored.

This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

The car has plenty of cup holders for family. It is very comfortable for grown teens and parents. The back cargo area holds much more than my prior vehicle.

Easy deals. Most cars in good condition and low miles etc. They keep up in bringuna in bewar cans thats a big plus for me.

We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!
