Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I have my MKZ hybrid for over a year. The car has been reliable and great on gas (avg 42mpg). It has all the features I want (panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, etc.) Performance is probably the weakness, but I am not drag racing or craving corners around town in my daily driver.

I BOUGHT MY FIRST NAVIGATOR (2010) USED WITH 36K MILES.I OWNED IT FOR 9 YEARS AND WAS VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. I HAD PLANS ON INVESTING $10K TO BRING IT UP TO DATE. BUT IT GOT TOTALED 😪😥 I MISS MY 2010 NAVIGATOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT VEHICLE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SUV .ROOMY,COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

Needed a cheap fast sale , truck at that for multiple reasons . Found a gem with a hair over 200,000 miles which I was a little skeptical at first but for a hair under $4000 I figured if I can get another 50,000 miles out of it , I wouldn't find a better deal on a truck in the 4K range . The first owner took meticulous care of this vehicle. All electronics work as should . Typical rear glass trim split as does on these , no worries. Still has a beautiful 4.6 purr . I've put 5,000 miles (hard) on it and oil level hasn't dropped not hasn't darkened much at all . Only downside is the exterior trim that hides wheel wells is a sneaky bit as I did find some Bondo on rear passenger door well , AFTER , I purchased. No worries there either . Put her on a lift and this is important especially if you live where she'll be seeing winter/salt. She does have some serious nook & cranny spots that without under carriage washes this truck wouldn't see this high of miles without some real Rot.mine has all surface rust with some future problems if I don't address asap . You'll see this problem spot location running along front to back on both sides where the running boards are integrated especially towards the rear peak way up in there as to where the frame would end and connect to the bumper that's a high problem area make sure to give these spots a look before you purchase this vehicle other than that these things take abuse and if taken care of properly I see him 300,000 or more miles!!!!!! Not bad for $4,000 seeing the original sticker price was 52,000 thank you American vehicles for having such low resale value especially for Lincoln Mercury!!!!

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Upgraded from loaded expedition to Navigator L and could not be happier. There is a significant difference and the service pickup drop service is huge

Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

This car is full of safety and comfort features. It runs very smoothly and is easy to maintain. I drive a lot for work, and this car works very well.

Great customer service. CFT provided complimentary transportation to and from home while standard service and several recall actions were performed simultaneously. Service manager was outstanding.

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

I noticed they were thorough on prepping cars for resale. new tires, changing fluids, filters, etc. Been hunting a specific car, so saw lots of carfax, some say serviced, center Fla was detailed. Salesman Kevin Bolan didnt bug me after determining I missed the car I was looking for by hours. I would do business with them in the future.

I have had 5 Navigators and Loved each and everyone , the Navigator fits my life style perfect , it is just me and my wife and we use it to move boats, trailers and our everyday needs. The gas mileage is great for the size and power is in matched !

Saw the car online as I was looking for a gently used Yukon or Suburban. Checked it out in person and fell in love with the color. Went back a couple of days later and was able to work out a great deal with Jeff. He took care of everything. Everyone should have such an easy time buying a car! Bought this 2008 Navigator Ultimate in 2021. It now has 238,000 miles on it. Paid $8500. Very few problems. Very dependable. I bought it after dealer put in 2nd engine (160,000 miles). One of the best vehicles I've ever owned. I've had it for 2 years now and only spent $1,200 in repairs and maintenance. The engine runs like new, very smooth. Previously, I've had a Bronco II, Ford Explorer and Ford Expedition. The Navigator is far more impressive in all aspects. I would not hesitate to buy another one.

A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.
