I had not been in the market for a car in 12 years and was quite apprehensive of car sales people having an opinion that car dealerships simply are not looking out for the buyer's best interest, however Bill Saccucci quickly changed that opinion of mine. Saccucci's of Schaumburg is a very small family owned used car dealership that the owners Bill & Phyllis Saccucci obviously take great pride it. This pride shows in how they conduct business. When I think of Saccucci's I think of great service, friendliness, trustworthiness and excellent experience with the product they sell - vehicles. I could not be happier with my car buying experience. I got an excellent vehicle at a fair price that I am extremely happy with. My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Fair Oaks was the only LIncoln dealer that had (in transit) the exact 2025 Lincoln Aviator model and color scheme we were looking for. We were able to connect with them online and make a good deal on the purchase without having to make the extensive drive to the dealership. Krystal (internet sales manager) was great to work with. She handed us off to Eddie to complete the paperwork. All documents were completed online in the comfort of our home, and Eddie delivered the vehicle to us at home the day it arrived. Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Recently purchased a 2023 Ford Edge from the Lincoln Dealership in Naperville. I'm very Happy with the purchase as well as with the Experience. The sales rep, Alfonso was very helpful and reached out to check in after the purchase. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

Purchased my Corsair Reserve new. I have been very pleased with my purchase as the Corsair has served me very well. I would recommend the 2020 year as it has more features at a reasonable price. Every year after 2020 saw price increases and less features available.

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.
