I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis is a first class dealership. My salesman is Jon Ryerson. Jon was very engaged in my needs and is extremely knowledgeable of all of the Land Rover vehicles. The dealership ironically had the same model that I built on the Land Rover website. They have a great inventory of vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I commuted from Chicago to visit this dealership and they made the transaction process as easy if I was purchasing a vehicle from my neighborhood. I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

Despite a long delay from ordering my 2022 QX60 until its delivery due to widespread supply chain issues in the automotive industry, my sales representative Steve DiFiore was outstanding. He kept me updated often on the progress of my new vehicle and its anticipated arrival. I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. I've been a Ford guy my whole life (75 ) , I have also been a car guy. This might be the last new car I buy so I might be overly critical. The Black Label Avaitor has all the great features (Maybe too many)It's a beautiful car and is a pleasure to drive. So what's my concern? The third seat!!!. I owned two Lincoln MKT's prior to the new Avaitor. The third seating was tight in the MKT's but doable,,,The new Avaitor works only if your 10 years old or less, have lost your legs or are a gymnast. I can't get anyone to ride in the third row unless they have never been in my car before....One and done.

The people in the shop were excellent, except for I had a low tire and they didn't catch that. It shows on my receipt that they did a 27 point inspection? Wouldn't that include my tires? When I asked the cashier what some of the inspection colors meant, she had no idea and wasn't interested in helping me find out either. Other than that everything was wonderful, I got my oil changed.

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

I just bought a 540i from Josh Smith. Josh is a class act, a wealth of knowledge and a relationship builder vs. pushy sales person. Five stars for Josh. Working with Lea in the F&I office left a lot to be desired which is why I’m leaving four stars. She is standoffish, rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I was within a minute of pulling the plug on the deal and went to Motorwerks from dealing with her. I had to swing by the service department today to top off the coolant. Was in and out in five minutes.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Would defiantly recommend. The car I purchased was buy as is but the dealership did fix a few minor issues on the car, was was wonderful.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.
