I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Bought this car 3 years old with 23000 miles. I have owned it for 1 year now. Outside of the door unlock feature on the passenger door sometimes not working the car has been a dream. I love driving my Lincoln, and it is hands down my favorite car I've ever owned. I love that Lincoln gives me the Lincolnway app free so I can start my car, lock / unlock my doors check tire pressure check fuel level and more. When it's new car time I will go to my Lincoln dealer first.

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

I bought my 2008 Lincoln MKX new and in June 2022, I’m still driving it. This is, hands down, the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I can’t imagine buying a new car right now. I’ve never kept a car for 13 years. Leather interior is still in top shape, minimal wear. I believe we’ve spent only around $1,500 in mechanical repairs in the 13 years we’ve had this vehicle. All the bells & whistles are working fine. I only wish my SYNC could be upgraded to current version, but alas, not possible.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. I have owned my Mkc for over 4yrs and the car has been great! It's quiet, comfortable when I make my 3hr trips back and forth from Chicago. Even with the 2.0 engine, she has power to take off and pass anyone I need to. For anyone that complains about oversteer or understeer, check your alignment since I have never experienced that problem driving aggressively. Comfort! Don't understand a complaint there. My brother has a Cadillac Xts and is the most uncomfortable car to sit in. My Mkc rides smooth in comfort mode, is quiet and she is babies and have only had a waterpump go out on me and that is it. All dash controls are easy to navigate and operate but I have always owned Lincolns my entire life and I am 62 and there is a reason for it! Comfortable and problem free. I just don't understand negative comments.

The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

My old car broke down and towed it to Just Trucks for repairs. Bottom line is I ended driving my new car out of the lot just after a few days thanks to Charlie Rice. Just trucks arranged to pay off my old car loan and found a place to finance my new car. Staff at Just Trucks will treat you like family and take care of your needs. Thanks

Well since I bought my 07 Lincoln MKZ, I have put 2 sets of brakes on it within 4 months! The caliper will not open properly! I have lost money from work and money to rebuild the calliper! Really has been a nucense! What do I do? Help

We purchased the 2015 MKX as used with low mileage. Very stylish and we love the color inside and out. The controls are difficult to locate to increase/decrease the fan speed and other control items. Overall, I have been very satisfied so far with minimal issues; a/c diverter had to be replaced, however, the ride is rough as compared to our smaller 2019 MKC, and I mean a notable difference w/ approximately the same mileage driven. The best ride we have is our 2006 Ford F150 of course it has a little longer wheelbase.
