This place has it going on. Amazing customer service from beginning to end and caring staff that truly care. Arthur, Kristian, and Dylan Are definitely a force for good. They all worked together very well. No games no hidden fees. Nothing I have a recommended at the end. I walked out of there feeling like it was actually a pleasure to do a carbine experience things to these guys. Highly recommend.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

The purchase experience was very smooth. No back and forth going on at that Lexus of Tampa Bay. My offer was fair, they accepted it. It was over and done in about 15 minutes.

Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. I worked with Lou, one of the owners of this establishment. I had a car that I wanted to sell because I needed to upgrade to something larger. The car I had was a coup. Anyway, I worked with Lou from the start, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair from THE START. No games like other places. I went to probably about 10 dealerships just to get an understanding of selling a car since Ive had this one since 2016 and only one previous to that and that experience in 2016 (not tampa auto network) was bad so I wanted someone I could trust. Lou messaged back and forth with me for weeks giving me not only his personal opinion but never pressuring me. Never making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time even though I was. I still havent sold the car because of other circumstances but I can say this much. My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.
