I bought the car new,and in 13 years the only problem was the air conditioning compressor went out. With proper care and maintenance, I expect another 100k miles. Both roomy and comfortable inside, with a sporty exterior. The 4 cylinder engine will surprise.Powerful acceleration and above average handling, will make you glad you own it.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. Honestly, for as cheap as you can get them, the value you get is amazing. I make consistent 300mi commutes on weekends (600 total) and this car has given me 0 issues. I make it each way with a 1/4 tank of gas left, insane gas mileage for a 21 year old car. Original owner took good car of it, owner they sold it to tried to run it into the ground, I fixed the issues they gave it. 170k original miles and still going strong, any problems are cheap to fix (SO easy to fix yourself). Excellent for modding (if that’s your thing), perfect for learning to work on cars (cheap parts, easy access), and a stellar beater. Still gets as good if not better mpg than modern cars. Only gripes are as follows: Steering wheel doesn’t come forward, so if you’re a taller person it’s gonna be a little less than ideal comfort. Road noise is a bit loud, especially for highways, but then again.. that’s what the volume knob on the stereo is for. Though I eventually will purchase something more modern, I find the idea of letting go of my 02 very hard to comprehend.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. A great car. I have owned a 2005 2.2 Saturn Vue base model fwd in chili pepper red since April of 2023. Bought it with 136k miles, it now has 160k miles. Only things I've done to it in that time is oil changes, steering rack, battery, spark plugs and coil assembly, tires, brakes, the ac needed serviced, installed new struts, and had new belts thrown on. I paid 3k for it used private party, have put about 1200 dollars into it over 24k miles. It is really a great car. The only reason I give low score on exterior is the panels rattle quite a bit at 20 years of age in Arizona. Interior is just cheap mid 2000s plastic fantastic. For performance, the 2.2 eco tec is not going to set a land speed record and you have to floor it pretty much everywhere to keep up with traffic. Very good option if you have a lead foot or a lot of previous speeding tickets. Although the interior is cheap the cabin is comfy. Overall I rate this 20 yr old car a 5 because it has been extremely reliable and never let me down or left me stranded.

If you have a loved one in a wheelchair this is the perfect van for you. This was purchased for my mother. It was used only a few months. It has been checked out thoroughly and affordably priced compared to what’s out there.

Great vehicle! Very reliable! Sporty! Gorgeous interior and killer Bose sound system. No problems till the car hit around 120k then I started to have problems but at that mileage problems are expected. Right sub frame needed replaced at $2500, replaced suspension $1500, replaced radiator $600. Not great on gas. I got about 17 around town and 25 on the highway but that’s pretty much what all the mid size SUV’s get.

My 2012 Compass has been with me for years It is easy to drive and doesn’t use much gasoline. Also love the radio and a place to put the disks
