The mark of a great dealer for me is the service after the sale. I bought a Buick Lacrosse from the Blaine store, adding an extended warranty. After 15 months, I found another car at a different dealer that caught my eye and I purchased it. This car is not for everyone. If you don't like learning new tech don't buy the car. The vehicle is for future thinkers who want to experience the future now. Most of negatives are based on a lack of experience with new technology. If you love the future as I do this is the best car ever made.

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. We have 700 miles on our Lucid Grand Touring. This car truly is a dream. We have owned many of cars but ,there is nothing that can compare to this car. I will never go back to infernal combustion. It's God bless Lucid, American can be proud of this one

I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.
