This car is not for everyone. If you don't like learning new tech don't buy the car. The vehicle is for future thinkers who want to experience the future now. Most of negatives are based on a lack of experience with new technology. If you love the future as I do this is the best car ever made.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. We have 700 miles on our Lucid Grand Touring. This car truly is a dream. We have owned many of cars but ,there is nothing that can compare to this car. I will never go back to infernal combustion. It's God bless Lucid, American can be proud of this one

I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. However, they were very courteous and replied to my emails almost instantly. I was hoping to buy but I waited too long to make my move. If they happen to acquire the same model I would not hesitate to buy from Everest motors!

I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

Have owned a new Air Touring for two months and have not had a single problem. Love the way the car drives and have gotten many compliments on the exterior and interior design. Our other cars are a 911, a Cayenne and a Tesla. The Lucid is the best combination of fun to drive, comfort, interior space and style. Great car. Recommend the Touring. Would like there to be more sales and service centers.

We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!
