Great dealership and car buying experience. I called Tom Storey regarding a new Explorer we saw online. Tom found it and held it as I had a 3 hour drive to Bozeman; he had it cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The sales manager quickly appraised our trade in and I was out the door in record time. Finance manager stayed late to close the deal and it was overall as pleasant as a car buying experience can be.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

I stand corrected. I wrote a review regarding a very disheartening experience at this dealership. I went so far as to say that no one there gave a crap. I was wrong! I received several phone calls from the General Manager, Jeremy. He took the time to really listen to my frustrations and concerns and said He would do whatever he needed to do to fix this. He came up with an immediate plan and it truly changed my perception of this dealership. He brought home that it's about communicating on both sides! Incredible Customer Service...Stellar!!! Arrived at dealership with an immediate problem of A/C nonfunctional. With the summer heat approaching, we were very unhappy. My husband and I entered the Service Consultant area to find that 1. All representatives were busy and 2. No appointments for 2 1/2 months. We were very pleased when we heard from the end consultant desk "How can I help you?" Wow, someone is offering customer service! Jason Sanistevan said that he would like to assist us, however, could he keep our vehicle for 7-10 days and he would work us in. Under the circumstances, this was a fair offer Good to his word, he got the repair completed in the promised time frame. Walked away very satisfied!

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. We worked with Jason and wound up leaving the van for thorough diagnostics. Jason was quick, knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly.

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

Great buy, maintenance package of good quality more of why I trust ford. Flex fuel a great idea reliable cooling and heating. Oh and tires nitrogen flourishes ideas other dealerships.
