I just had a service with AutoNation Toyota at Tempe, AZ. I was extremely happy with honest service I received. I dropped off my car at 1:45 p.m., ahead of my scheduled appointment, and received a text at 3:15 p.m. that my car was ready. This was a huge improvement compared to my last visit, when I waited over 5 hours for an express oil change. Samuel service advisor was fantastic, and Martin was wonderful. He made sure I was connected with my service advisor, and once my car was ready, he delivered it to me within just a few minutes. Overall, I had excellent service—much better than my past experiences.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Needed a bake actuator pump on my 2008 Prius. At 210000 and 15 years old a new one was to costly. The parts dept went on a search and found one in the after market and saved me half the cost of replacing it. Super nice people. Brian in the device dept went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

Had issues with my new 2025 Ram, visited dealership at 4:30 Heather service writer, looked at vehicle found had bad cells in the battery immediately took truck into bay and had battery replaced. Rate her a solid 10. Don Winkleman.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I had a day after Christmas waiting appt at 9am,no traffic so I arrived at 830,they took my car right away,I met with Charles German(awesome) and we covered what I needed done,,insp and oil chg/service,Charles told me it would be about 2 hrs maybe a little more to address my concerns,the technician Jake sent me a video and explanation of what he was doing,he made a repair of something that I had no clue that it was broken "thanks Jake" great catch,I was out the door at 11:10,they washed the car for me which was most appreciated, overall I had a great experience and again Charles was fantastic,addressed my concerns and finished up when he said he would,I have had some horrific services on other vehicles at other places,I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I didn't test drive the car, I could not complete my appointment after I learned the car had been repurchased. However, I would not hesitate to try again based on my follow up calls and the response I received.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I love this subject. The Santa fe pulls my boat with ease, has great performance and handling. I still can't believe I get 30 mpg while cruising at 75mph on the highway all this from a roomy all wheel drive vehicle.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.
