I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

Was looking for a very specific Tesla. Used, Dual motor, low miles and not grey or black! 405 motors had one, an excellent car, but lost out to my wife’s choice, a blue one, at another dealership. 405 was prompt responding, with a fair market price. It took two requests to have them discontinue notifications once we selected another dealer/vehicle. I would not have hesitated purchasing their car if I could have convinced my wife that the red was better!

Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Have been driving this car for almost 2 years and have been very impressed. Great car with technology especially having full safety features. Back up camera, pedestrian warning system, turning precaution side mirror light, etc work well and are much appreciated. Car is very reliable, comfortable and gets great gas/electric gas mileage. If you can possibly find a used one then immediately grab it. Price was also very reasonable. When I was in college I had a Corolla and even though today I can afford literally any car I want, this cat left me with such a good impression that I felt when a hybrid model became available I had to have one.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Best Car ever! Elon Musk and his Tesla company did a great job with this reliable vehicle. Don't want any other car! It is so Reliable. I use it as a business vehicle and don't want anything else. no major breaks, always runs, pre conditioning features and app connection is unbeatable.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My experience at Boucher Ford in Janesville was fantastic. I was treated like a true customer with respect and caring for my needs.

The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

My 2012 Tacoma is a Crew Cab Long bed 4WD model. Its is one of the best trucks I have ever owned. 5 Stars in all categories

yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition
