Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

I have owed the Ghibli for a few years now. White/Cuoio (brown), all add on's (97k msrp) Pros: Sound, comfort, exclusive, power, column paddle shifters, stance, curves, front facia, quad exhaust tips, visibility, info screen, and much more. Cons: After warranty expires, part expensive, maintenance is about avg $1500 a year, insurance is a bit high compare to BMW and Benz, If not daily driver, don't buy it!, battery drains if it sits. mpg pretty crappy about 17 avg. car stance is very low, so you cant get in everywhere, be careful. It depreciates a lot, so paying 100k for it to then see it at 30k, hurts. Summary: you pay a lot more on cost of ownership, but the feeling when you drive it, is the best. And everyone looking at it enjoys it (sometimes hates it) as much as you do.

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!
