I don’t understand engines or suspension, and I liked that they didn’t try to talk over me to confuse me. They explained in simple words. Like this is serviced, the tires are fresh, nothing was welded. That builds trust.

Marv and the entire staff were very responsive to my inquiry about a Bentley Continental I saw for sale on their cars.com page. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
