My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeigler CDJR in Schaumburg, and we want to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hamza Ali and Vance Isom. Because of Zeigler’s excellent reputation, we felt comfortable purchasing our vehicle sight unseen and even flew in from New Hampshire to Chicago to complete the deal. When we arrived, Hamza was waiting for us at the airport and couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. It was the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy, but Hamza went above and beyond — even offering to take us out to get something to eat while we waited. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Vance in the business office was absolutely terrific. He was transparent, professional, and made the process smooth and seamless from start to finish. It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

I had a really good experience with Guaranteed Motor Cars. The whole process was smooth, no pressure, and they were upfront about everything. The staff was helpful and made sure I left confident in my purchase. Definitely 100% recommend them if you’re looking for a solid car buying experience.

Stylish & Quick. Maserati logo says it all…love it’s exotic metallic Blue exterior paint and interior Cognac leather seats. Decent Gas mileage & totally fun to drive.
