I have been talking to multiple dealerships these past months and this one specifically stuck out the most to me. Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Anyone would be lucky to deal with Alberto, and I'm sure any other of the salesmen found at Criswell Maserati. Very pleased with my whole experience. From answering my questions to able to sign all the paperwork virtually to them helping beat my bank's interest rate by more than 2%, I felt like they were always in my camp. When I got there the car was clean/detailed, filled with gas and ready to go! When I'm ready to upgrade I will be going to them first.

It?s definitely a rare car , super fast , luxurious with very nice front design typical of mazerati , Bit small and tight in back seat , but very nice interior. I have owned this car as new for 8 months and it?s been a great ride , it has the sport option button that definitely makes it sound like a sport racing car . However at a start it?s bit slow , I was expecting more power . I also agree that the shifting handle is disappointing . I have owned Bmw 5 , Passat V6 , I do own Mercedes sport Slk 2008 , but my last one was Jaguar XF supercharged V8 that I would have kept if I could extend the warranty for a decent price , that car was an amazing car , it had it all with zero issues and I admit it still my reference car in it?s category. I think it?s bit early for me to juge the Ghibli completely but I do think it?s overpriced for a V6.

Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.
