The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.
