Hey! Why not a long-term review? I'm the guy above who wrote a review back in 2015 after a week of ownership. That's just a teaser, as it turns out. I've now owned this car (Carbonio Nero GTS, bells and whistles, etc) for 7 1/2 years, and I've put about 50K miles on it. It has broken down/stranded me exactly once (in the rain, at the SFO parking garage) due to its JAPANESE Nippondenso alternator, which I removed and had rebuilt, then replaced myself. Not for the faint-hearted, as it requires removing the top of the intake manifold, but straight forward as far as repairs go. That was six years ago. That having been said, my QP has been to as mechanic exactly...ZERO times for repairs, although it spend a week at my local guy's getting prepped for its initial collaudo (inspection) at the Motorizazzione Ufficio. This is because, when we moved to Italy in late 2020, my wife and I brought the QP with us. Because it was a US-spec car, it had to be certified to EU spec by the government office. There was five months' bureaucratic paperwork to be completed, a bit of work replacing the TPMS sensors, and a Photoshop-generated new speedo label which read in KM/H. My gorgeous deep grey window tint had to go, as it's illegal here in Italy. Now my beautiful QPV with 85K miles on the odometer is back on the street. We live exactly four blocks from the Maserati factory in Modena. Wave when you hear us go by! There is exactly one issue, which I suspect is not specific to my own car--the factory wheels. In my opinion, they are substandard. Four out of five developed hairline cracks in normal freeway driving, which led to replacing wheels and tires as onesies to the tune of $1800.00 a few years back, until I finally broke down and installed factory-spec aftermarket five spoke wheels. Nary a problem since. This QPV is a xxxx of a car. No plans to ever sell it or trade it in.

This car is great to drive and very comfortable. The handling is very good in sport mode . The V6 in short mode is really good . That sound! I did replace spark plugs at 16,000 miles because of a limp mode issue .

I absolutely love the GTS. Such bang for the buck and so much fun to drive. This car flat out turns heads. It really feels amazing to drive and the lines of the body are sexy. Would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for all the boxes to be checked.

I love this car.Way better than my Ghibli SQ4 ( Gran Sport) . This twin-turbo Engine provides +500 hp and when you change to Corsa Mode its easy to forget you're driving an SUV.

Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. Well, all it took was about two minutes driving the Ghibli on the lot! Once I hit the street with it-look out. I actually squealed with excitement on my test drive! Although the Ghibli does not have as many tech features inside as other brands, it is a dream to drive. It's a mix of super sporty, elegance, and complete comfort!
