Outstanding customer experience. Alex was very accommodating to setup annual service at my convenience. I didnt have loaner available so I stayed in the facility for the duration of the service. During that time Alex was very attentive and kept informing me on the progress. Service was very efficient am I left promises after 1.5 hour. Love my Grecale! MUCH better than my Macan as far as interior quality. I’ve now owned the Grecale longer and I have experienced less issues than my Porsche.
