Stylish & Quick. Maserati logo says it all…love it’s exotic metallic Blue exterior paint and interior Cognac leather seats. Decent Gas mileage & totally fun to drive.

The customer service is excellent and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. This is the cars third service, and, with low mileage all it needed was an oil change. They do not try to sell you anything extra.

I upgraded it from x5. I like the handling, couple step advanced than x5. did very well with long drives. back seat space fair. Kids did not compliant for few hours.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. Best car I've owned and have had 0 problems in the 4 yrs of owning it, except speeding lol. The car drives very well and everything works no dents or scratches. I'm only 2nd owner also.
