They truly give you the best and top price in the market and do an excellent job of explaining each part of the process. I went to two other places (CarMax and the dealership for the make of my car) and Nelson Mazda went above and beyond with their thoroughness and genuine interest in wanting to buy my car. I would recommend anyone to go there not to just BUY a car, but SELL one as well! Fantastic people and easy process!

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Their set price, no commission policy made this an almost pleasant car buying experience. on top of that, our salesman, Connor, the only person we encountered, was bright, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. And because I had just topped off my Honda gas tank, they told me to return when the Kona is on empty and they would fill it up! Thanks again Sam,Walter and Glen! I will definitely recommend you!
