Honestly, they have done their work at maximum speed and at the highest quality. I was received by Mr. Jay Tsay with all welcome and respect. And he took my car key , I was very sad, and after a little time he gave me the key to my car with fixed the problem with excellence and also i found the car is clean from the inside and outside were at the highest level, and returned the smile and joy to my heart thanks to the wonderful service, which I found from Mr. Jay Tsay and workers there, , i want send to them are very thankful and appreciation and respect .

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! I had a great experience with McGee Mazda and specifically with Kevin Bowie. He was communicative and responsive, but never high-pressure or presumptive. We completed a long-distance sale and his honesty and transparency made me feel absolutely safe to do so. I will always choose to work with Kevin again if I need another car, although it won’t be for a while since he helped me find one I plan to drive for a long time!

My father and I were referred to Jared as we walked up to the building from the parking lot. To my surprise I was approved because of Jared's diligence and professionalism. It must be his 20 plus years of detailing that he paid close attention to every detail leaving none unnoticed. He listened well to what I was looking for, my price range, personal use/ needs in a vehicle, etc. Not only that but he put my fears about my decision to rest and wowed me with his finesse, and treated us as if we had a million dollar status .
