Megan included the coupon discounts that were offered by the dealership without me presenting a printout or asking. Appreciate that Megan is customer oriented. Megan clearly described each service that was on my invoice and provided commentary on maintenance intervals for fluid differential. Very knowledgeable of products and service.

The staff was welcoming when I arrived. The facility was clean. There was good communication regarding what was being done on my car.

Salesman very thorough, but I did not feel pressure to buy car. Made all the numbers work for me to get into new car!

Janet Campora was prompt in responding to any questions I had and was transparent with how long it would take. She was very pleasant to deal with, including when I came to pick up my car. I also really appreciate the videos they provide to document what was needed.

Megan Dolce in the service department is the reason I’ll come back. We didn’t purchase here, we bought from another dealer in PA, and after finding out they never did the recalls they said they did, Megan was instrumental in having the recall re-done and making sure I was happy with the outcome. Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

He explained every single button you might want to know before you drive and he made our purchase experience very precious in every perspective.
