We just purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport with around 9700 miles from Honda Certified of Clark Knapp Honda. Salesman John Garcia and his manager Bennie were very friendly and cooperative to anything I asked about. Originally the sales offer had a few extras added on, and I just said I wasn't interested. They said no problem and removed them, and gave me a better deal on my trade in than what was offered on the online searches. I also dealt with Christian Tostado in their finance department. Christian offered their extended warranty and in house financing, but I let him know that I already had financing through my credit union at a very good rate and the credit union also had really good price on warranties. On Friday, January 6th my Outback was serviced. The service advisor was Kyle Jordan. Kyle provided an excellent assessment of the service needed, communicated those needs clearly, as well as accurate timelines for service completion. Kyle was able to provide a loaner vehicle for my use which enabled me to carry out my day's activities. I inquired about a used car, no pictures had been uploaded at the time. Eric Eickelmann Was the sales consultant I chose from their online list. He responded quickly, located the vehicle, provided some pictures and answered my questions. They gave me an appraisal on my vehicle sight unseen, which was fair. We negotiated price and got financing approved before I even went to the dealer. I live on the East coast of Florida. On the selected day, I drove over to Naples (154 miles). The vehicle had been serviced and detailed. Looked like a new vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual 6 speed). It was certified by the dealer. Eric was thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. A true professional. I have no complaints and know he would assist again if the need arises.

I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. I’ve been to a dozen different dealerships over the past couple of weeks. Mike was by far the nicest, most knowledgeable sales consultant I’ve dealt with. He took the time to show me different trim lines of the model I was interested in and had me test drive several of them to ensure I was buying the right one for me. Based on my buying experience, I would definitely recommend Mike and Hamden Mazda to friends and family.

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.
