Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

My old car broke down and towed it to Just Trucks for repairs. Bottom line is I ended driving my new car out of the lot just after a few days thanks to Charlie Rice. Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

Highline had a vehicle that I liked but was priced more than I wanted to pay. Were not able to reach a compromise.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

They were absolutely amazing. Got my dream car for the best price by far. I went to NJ and CT and they beat every price!! No wonder they were packed. My salesmen Daout was great and the female manager was so polite and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way!!

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Kevin Dunn was great to work with, and they stand behind the sale. I had a check engine light which was a minor issue and the handled it perfectly giving me a loaner and handling all the pick up and drop off.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot!
