Used Mazda CX-30 for sale near Metuchen, NJ

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. Would recommend this dealership for sure they were professional and well knowledgeable on the process.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. After eight weeks looking for a certified Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium in my home state of NJ, I was ready to give up. Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/managers from many dealerships. I then found Koeppel Mazda. I found a vehicle on line with 2,500 miles that had everything my wife & I were looking for. I called & spoke to Kamal Pokhrel, a pre-owned specialist. When he gave me the price I asked him what about the thousands of dollars of hidden fees. He replied "sir, that is the price". After falling off my chair, Kamal said to hold the car, he would need a $500 deposit through a credit card. I asked upon inspection of the vehicle, if I didn't like it, would I get a refund? He said "absolutely" UNLIKE A NJ DEALERSHIP! The next day I met Kamal & the pre-owned sales manager, Sherette Corsey. I inspected the vehicle & found a small issue. Sherette told me no worries & she would take care of it. So she did! I found Sherette to be a delightful surprise to what I was used to. We talked at length about many things. I found her to be warm & honest as the day is long! I purchased the vehicle & drove 60 miles to my home. What a machine!!! When my wife saw it she had tears of joy. The car is mainly for her. A couple of days later, I saw a tiny gouge or tear on the sidewall of the left rear tire that I didn't see upon inspection. I sent a picture to Kamal & he said he would run it by Sherette & didn't think it was a problem. Today they gave me a brand new tire. The service department was terrific as well & answered many questions I had about the CX-30! I realize car dealers are in the business to make money. Nothing wrong with that. However, with Sherette & Kamal I felt like part of the deal for them was making me happy as well. And in turn, I felt that made them happy. In other words, it wasn't just about the money. Anyone who may be having a problem finding their dream Mazda, give Koeppel Mazda in Jackson Heights Queens a shot. Give Kamal Pokhrel a call. I cannot say this strongly enough.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

I saw an SUV online @ RT46 Mitsubishi in Totowa NJ. that want to see. I saw a salesman named Omar about it. He acted fast told me to take it for test drive. Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.
