I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. From start to finish, this was the best buying experience I've had. Cameron was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He went over everything before I signed to insure transparency. I never felt pressured. At delivery, he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood how my new car worked, and insisted I contact him if there were questions once I got it home. Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

I have to say that was the easiest car buying experience I ever had at a dealership besides Carvana. Cameron Landry was down to earth and really made me feel valued as a customer. Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

This turned out to be one of the best new car purchase I have ever made and I have made a few over the years. Nick was extremely helpful, listened to what we had to say, and never made us feel like we were under any pressure. I would recommend North End Mazda and Nick in particular.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

We purchased a Mazda CX-50 from Tulley Mazda in Nashua NH. We had a problem with the new vehicle and had to bring it to the dealer several times until the tech finally found the problem in a wire harness under the dashboard. We were given a loner each time we had to leave the car . Alex and their team are the best. They are professional in the way they do business. Have purchased cars from other dealers and never had such great service .

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!
