As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Zac Hewitt was an amazing guy who made sure we were taken care of and made sure he followed up on everything from beginning to the end! So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida vacation from Maine. Heard a noise, saw the temp gauge begin to rise, pulled off at the I 295 split. Hit the first exit and found the Circle K, asked for directions to a Ford dealership. Half mile late I'm parked in the service center at Auto Nation. Long story short, I traded my 2016 F-150 with what turns out to be an $8,000 engine damage issue, for a 2023 F-150, three hours later. We home in Maine now, and thrilled to have had the good fortune to find this outfit. Thank you to Rini Schepen and Jeff (Jimmy) Cowley for making a traumatic experience into a smooth and satisfying experience. Next time I need a new truck, I'm driving from Maine to Florida and asking for Rini.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

I was able to make an appointment over the phone and get my car in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. Excellent service!

Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.

Purchasing a new car or truck can be an exhausting experience. We knew our finances and what we could afford, did the research, trolled the internet, contacted dealerships and talked with customers who had recently made new car or truck purchases. Since we both travel for work, we were not tied to one location for our purchase, but the list of who we wanted to do business with dwindled quickly. Palm Coast Ford treated us with respect. Period. Since we were in the area and had our trade-in on hand, we decided to stop in to peruse their inventory. Before heading out to the dealership we had corresponded by email and text with Chris Smith and Sean Peveler. At no time during the process did we feel like just a ?number? to them or an inconvenience to their schedule. Everyone that we met had a professional and warm demeanor, they responded in a timely manner to our deluge of questions. The entire staff totally dismantled the ?used car salesman? image that has become so iconic. While we loved our Ford Edge, our goal was to purchase a dually truck that could handle our forty-three foot fifth wheel, while not over taxing the truck or the engine, with power for traversing the passes at home in Colorado. We purchased a Chevy Silverado truck that was in their used vehicle inventory. Happy, happy, happy the truck is exactly what we needed. So, the real question is?do we feel comfortable recommending Palm Coast Ford to our friends and family for the purchase or lease of a new or used car or truck? Absolutely, the entire process went smoothly, we were treated fairly and with respect by everyone that we encountered. I would have no reservations at all endorsing Palm Coast Ford, they truly earned our business and an excellent review.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

Although I did not get the Honda odyssey my heart was set on , the experience was phenomenal . I was comfortable and Ryan Blawn did everything in his power to assist me. Although approved the payment plan just wasn't a good fit for me. The customer service provided was white glove service. Although I'm a mom looking to get a vehicle to fit myself and children comfortably , I now have a new knowledge on Mazdas, and will definitely recommend Mazda at the avenues to anyone searching for reliable and honest service. Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!
