Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A refreshing auto purchase experience! That is how I describe my purchase of a Jeep Gladiator at AutoSavvy in Wood Cross Utah. This may sound like a glowing review that is because it is! I have had two very poor purchase experiences at two other dealers in SLC which I will mention because I hate them so much (Tim Dahle and Family Auto). Like I said in those reviews, I buy a lot of cars, because I like to, and those companies will never get another purchase from me. As for AutoSavvy, I was helped by Dallen who did a good job getting to the root understanding of what I wanted. Then obviously it came down to trade and price. I didn’t think the deal was going to happen but Hazen, the floor manager stepped in and made the deal happen. Thanks Hazen! I am glad Hazen knows he is in the car selling business and wants to make sales happen. He is an asset to AutoSavvy! Then Carlos did the finance paperwork and there was no xx just the deal as made with Hazen and Dallen. The car I purchased was in Las Vegas, so I had to wait for shipment. There was some delay trouble with the shipping carrier breaking down or perhaps just getting stuck in Vegas because it is Vegas. I decided to go pick up my truck and Hazen again came through for me offering to reimburse me for the plane ticket. On top of that they gave me a ride to the airport. I thought I would never see the reimbursement money for the plane ticket, but THEY KEPT THEIR WORD! What??? A car dealer keeping their word??? Most are sleaze bags but not AutoSavvy. Thanks again Hazen for keeping your word!! When are these other stupid dealers going to learn that if you treat people well you will get more business and good reviews and that is well worth the extra effort. Thanks again to Hazen, Dallen and Carlos for a good auto experience. I will choose AutoSavvy for future car purchases. Clearly, they are willing to go above and beyond.

We worked almost exclusively with a very friendly Claudia Hasslock who helped narrow down our decision. She didn't push or make unannounced calls/emails unlike EVERY other dealership we went to. The moment you enter the facility you notice a calmness instead of the chaotic nature of dealerships that try to get you to purchase a vehicle by any means possible. The reason being their model of volume sales vs. commission sales. They don't need to be aggressive while still offering some of the best deals we've encountered. Highly recommended alternative than dealing with more commonplace dealerships!

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

There is absolutely no pressure, he's very informative and helpful, and you test drive without having a salesman breathing down your neck on the ride. There is definitely a completely different feel than shopping for and purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. Once we made our decision the paperwork took literally 15 minutes. A little bird approached me with the intel that these guys had a brand spank-me-silly new 2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring w/ the upgraded engine and all the bells and whistles. That's great of course, since they always have those, but this one had that so so sweet 6 speed manual tranny, which is semi-rare due to the luxurious trim level and the lazy ol' stuffed shirt demographic it typically caters to. My salesman, Jon, was knowledgeable and authoritative yet hands-off, which I like-- a lot. I gave it a twice over, pushed its limits on the test cruise and walked out with keys in hand and a full tank of gas in less than 2 hours. This car is a real peach; a tour de force; an artistic atom-bomb, and Jon was my very own lone cowboy, traversing dry and unforgiving landscapes whilest being harassed by auspicious outlaws to provide an explosive deal (xxxx near close to what they bought it for) to a poor prospector like me. Their money woman, Kath, was great and made the numbers all too easy. So I was planning on spending nearly twice what I did on a Lexus F-Sport and, thankfully, this experience brought me to my senses. The only thing the F-sport really has on the 3 is how puffy the leather seats are, and I prefer the rugged life. Just to be clear, I gave myself what I wanted; the holy grail, bank account sustaining face-melter speed demon I think I deserve but probably don't. Some say this Jon character still moseys around the dealership to this very day, but I can't provide any evidence to back that up. Happy hunting!

Daniel Darelli was excellent he did not pressure my daughter at all and the finance manager David Fletcher was amazing he found her the best deal and provided us with great guidance. We looked at a few other dealerships and Hertz was the best. Thanks again for being so great!!!

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

The techs and service were great. I am not impressed with GM though. This issue has been going on since November of 2022. After three times of taking my truck in, it appears to be fixed.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.
