Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

They've got good , respectful and very polite workers. Loved the way the manager called me and we talked. He was so nice and calm. Hoping to go there soon to make a deal and get my dream car. Thank you guys for making life easy

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Chad Walczak was absolutely fabulous and worked with me on all my “wants” and helped me make the best choose financially and practically. I had a bad experience elsewhere and Chad really made me feel at ease and got me a great deal. We had fun too! He even helped me days later with questions I had about functions and options for my vehicle in the future. Chad even said I could contact him in the future if I ever needed windshield repair, etc. I’ve already suggested him to many coworkers! It’s nice to have someone you truly feel you can trust.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I had a tire issue. Service rep ty Lucas was a gold mine of info and was able to convey my issue to the technician, who gave me an answer I could accept. Luther has helped us a number of times.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Luther. Chad, my sales expert, helped me sort through the many cars that were in my sights. Once picked, the actual paperwork was a breeze. Zippyty-zap and we were done! I waived goodbye to our old car and drove away in our new CX-5, with a full tank of gas and a big grin on my face! You just can't go wrong at Luther Brookdale Mazda! The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!
