Used 2021 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Marlboro Meadows, MD

Last year we purchased our Hyundai Elantra from this dealership. We worked with Dan Heo and Jae Lee. Our experience was top notch. The dealership gave us a great price and then there was no change. We were from Richmond and they worked with us and our financing company to complete the transaction. If I ever buy a Hyundai then it will be with Alexandria Hyundai and with same guys. I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

i had wrote a review before and it was not good. i just got home from trading in my trouble car. i got a 2014 car with only 47,000 miles. way better then my last purchase! these guys are great. gus and jimmy are so great! they really helped me out alot and they really worked with me and they did there best to make sure i was satisfied and happy! i truly am very happpy with my service today and i can honestly say i left there a satisfied customer with a reliable vehicle for me and my kids. i highly recomend them to anyone and i will most certainly be using them for future purchases.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

Being previous mercedes owners for years the Mazda was a shocker ! Comparable in style, ride and comfort we were both shocked . The only drawback is no touchscreen once i got used to it - don’t even notice now and the way the design is in my signature turbo you don’t need to divert your eyes from the road - everything easy to use sleek and uncomplicated. the bells and whistles are fun and handy GPS and road noise better than my C class Mercedes. So far so good - winter is coming so i’ll see how she does in snow- fingers crossed.

My Mazda CX5 2021 saved my life while getting into a major bad car accident! It handled and responded instantly and with precision. Air bags deployed everywhere: front, sides, back of me. Curtains also deployed. This is an incredibly safe vehicle. Mine was totaled, but I was fine minus a couple of broken bones. I was miraculously saved. I got another one exactly like it and feel very safe driving it.
