Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Cinco Ranch, TX

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my car in for diagnostic review due to an issue with loud roaring noise when I drove my Buick Verano above 50 miles an hour. Cristina was my service representative and she provided excellent customer service. Cristina smiled when she created me and made me feel comfortable as she listened to me. I felt she appreciated my business and was interested in resolving my car issues. She called and texted me on any developments, as well as returned my calls the same day. I was very pleased with her friendly and competent service.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

I had a great time in the dealership. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Joseph did everything to help me get my CX5 as quick and as convenient as possible. Very happy.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. First buyer here! For my first time experience, I had a great salesmen. Vincent ebubechukwu had great consumer service, was very helpful and easier to explained all the questions I was concerned about. Didn't make it difficult to find a car that fit me and everthing worked out excellent!

What an amazing experience at Mazda. Mr Arif Gelmez, my service advisor greeted me when I arrived. As my car’s progress through the entire service Mr Gelmez kept me updated. He is very knowledgeable and a joy to be around. I have never received such an exceptional experience at a dealership. Thank you Mr Gelmez. Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Great experience went in to buy a new vehicle and come out with one. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish this would have been the first place I shop for. Because some of the other dealerships had very bad customer service.
