Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Las Flores, CA

My husband and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned SUV and after weeks of research and several test drives at different locations, came to Capistrano Mazda to test drive a Mazda CX-5. It was our first certified pre-owned purchase and Rick gave us all the information we needed and made the process very pleasant. Everyone we met at Capistrano Mazda was very helpful, friendly and professional. I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Mazda of Orange. We handled the price negotiations online and through phone conversations. When I arrived at the dealership the car was out front for me to review and we went through the necessary paperwork and confirmed the price we had previously agreed upon.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Fritts Ford in Riverside, exceeded all my expectations. The Sales manager, sales representative Frank/Jordan and the financial team were amazing. They made the buying experience super smooth and quick definitely would buy from them. I drove home with my dream car!

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

Very punctual and respectful. Technicians do a great job . Customer service is awesome I would recommend the customer service representative. The oil change I had was quick and easy.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I always have the very best experience in everything provided. Customer Service, follow ups and all of my concerns were all addressed the best way. Will Hamilton went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. The supervisor Eric Badillo seriously has an amazing team and also makes sure that everything is addressed and provided. I am very impressed, as Customer Service is so neglected and nice to see that such a big dealership makes it it's priority. Thank you
