I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I went to this dealership to have my oil change and tires rotated. Once arrived, I was greeted right away by Art Soto. Not only he was helpful, he was extremely knowledgable in his field. You can tell he has fun in his role as a Service Advisor and enjoys what he does. I had non service related questions and he was able to provide me the guidance I needed to move forward. Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
