Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Luther. Chad, my sales expert, helped me sort through the many cars that were in my sights. Once picked, the actual paperwork was a breeze. Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Tim was great. Took extensive time to explain EVERYTHING to us and no pressure, even when we left for a few hours to check other dealers. Nothing compared with the deal we got there, but most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tim who explained all the differences between models, factory warranty vs. extended warranty and much more. Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. Got a quick response to my inquiries and received a video response. They seemed flexible with the appointment. There was a bit of pressure to make a quick decision, but they gave me some time when I asked for it. The salesman Brian was easy and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the best-offer pricing.

What I thought would be impossible became my best ever car buying experience. It was a race to meet a relocation deadline and Montrell Yancey was able to find the exact car I wanted (not currently on the lot), have it delivered to the new address out of state, and has been in contact to ensure all is well. Montrell continues to provide the absolute best service. His personal touch with every question and detail is refreshing and has definitely made a lasting impression with me.

I want to thank Aldo at Walser Mazda in Burnsville for his superior service and attention. He facilitated a trade of one of my vehicles for a different car. I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!

It was our first time buying a car so we were nervous that it was going to be a stressful and unpleasant experience. However, Mikey made the experience fun, enjoyable, and informative from the first moment we walked in the dealership. His expertise on the cars and honesty about the pros and cons of different models was extremely helpful and really made us trust everything about Morrie's. He never pressured us into buying and promptly provided helpful, informative answers to any questions we had. Then when it came down to pricing he understood where we were coming from with our budget and did his best to work with us to find a payment plan that would work. The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Luther Brookdale's service sold us on getting a new Mazda. I'm buying the service as much as a new car.

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. We met with Blake Erickson who had excellent knowledge of the CX9 and answered all of my wifes questions about the CX9 and its technology. Blake was a pleasure to work with. Blake and his team were easy to do business with.

Sohail made everything easy! At the end of the day, we had a great shopping experience and got a beautiful car at a fair price. Sohail had some minor dents repaired even drove the car out to us at 8:30 at night!!!
