I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

Visited Heritage Mazda Bel Air when shopping for a new vehicle; we were in the market for a SUV with 3rd row and had it narrowed down to a Mazda and Hyundai. The staff at Mazda were great and we so appreciated they didn’t try a hard sale. As a Mazda owner already we knew the value of the product but it was refreshing to deal with salespeople who wasn’t just after the sale but wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We ended up with the Hyundai but would recommend Mazda Belair to everyone!

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

I was offered a loaner vehicle and my service was done promptly. It was my first service for my new car. The car was returned to me clean and full of gas.

The service was great and fast. There was not extra add-ons that some dealership try to get you to buy.

I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

The information I needed was online, Keith, the salesperson was very accommodating without giving any pressure. He was great to work with. Signing went very smoothly and quickly.

My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family.
