New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Premium Plus Package for sale near Glenville, CT

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

I had a very pleasant experience @ Jake Sweeney Mazda. I went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and was treated very well. Roman was my sales consultant and he did an excellent job in all aspects of the sale. Royan, in finance, was also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

SO this is follow up of my previous not good review, Junior called me and apologized for my concerns and told me to come in, he ended up trading my ford to a 2018 Mazda CX5..I was impressed, who would take the car back and give you a better one. I even got a better interest rate. Jay was our salesman and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and explained everything. I was highly satisfied, great service. Even though I loved my red ford escape but it was not meant to be. Thank you guys..

The audio on the Carbon edition is outstanding. I purchased this SUV due to its value and reliability. I would highly recommend the Mazda CX 5.

This was one of the easiest, low pressure purchases I've made on an automobile in a long time. The sales staff (especially Ethan) at Courtesy Mazda was friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. The post sales service was impressive as well. The staff carefully went through the thick owner's manual with me, and gave me a lot of helpful tips. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a low stress experience. The CX-5 is a wonderful automobile, by the way.

My sister and I have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our aging Chevy Tahoe. After several awful experiences with salesmen in various dealerships in Longmont I went online and found the perfect vehicle at Courtesy Mazda, a smaller dealership unknown to us. When My sister and I arrived we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist; welcomed by the sales lady, Aspen Swanson. Aspen was friendly, fun, easy to work with and in short order we had test driven the Tahoe, and agreed on the price. Another lady, Debra, in the finance department, was likewise wonderful, fast and efficient putting the paperwork together on the deal, and boom, we were done. My sister and I have both marveled about what a great car-buying experience this was and the comfort level we had doing so. Aspen went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and worked closely with Debra on the paperwork. We left very happy and hope to be repeat customers in the future. Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

The dealership for me has provided excellent customer service. Technician Cliff Williams customer service skill rates excellent and is second to none. Scheduling service appointments has truly been stress free and the care of my care has been so professional.

Hutch, our salesman, was excellent! He took great care of me and my son. Everyone at the dealership was nice, but Hutch went the extra mile to explain everything to us clearly and he followed up after the sale to make sure we were good.

Matt Dowell was very friendly and respectful. He provided all of the test-driving opportunities I wanted and then some. When I told him my dream car options that I knew I could not afford, he used his knowledge to find options for me in my price range-encouraging me to spend more for better quality, but also finding the cars that were actually in my stated price range so that I was aware of all of my options.

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.
