New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Select Package for sale near Clarkston, GA

Wasn't sure exactly what kind of car I wanted when I was looking. I thought I would check out the new Mazda SUVs I see all over the road. My salesman was able to get me into a cx30, and I love it! The whole process was easier than I thought. I'll definitely be a returning customer for a new car or for service.

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.

Salesman (Rigo) was excellent in providing outstanding customer service. Bought a 2025 CX90 PHEV was patient and took a lot of time helping us understand all the new technology that today’s new cars have. I’ve gone back to ask question and was more than provide all the help I need! The entire process was easy, although signing paper work takes more time than I remember. I just bought my first car form this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no pressure attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. The sales person (Troy) understood our needs and provided good guidance to help us make an informed decision. The finance department (Vardan) added to the positive experience by explaining our warranty options, while fast processing the transaction thus making sure we are out of the dealership in no time. I should add that we chose Sentry West Mazda over other dealers because it has high ratings, and we were not disappointed!

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

I have been coming to the dealership for about 15 years now. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice with free coffee. I will continue with Mazda of Everett.
