Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

I went to Service Dept of Joe Myers Kia for a service needed for my Kia. Favio took care of my needs. He was very tentative to my concerns and solved it during my first visit.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Got decent trade in price, was texted breakdown of all costs, whole transaction took only 3 hours. Great experience!

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Jacob was professional, friendly and very helpful. By far the best experience I've had. Exceeded my expectations. He made the buying experience problem free. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked us thru all the steps including the new technology.

Cleanest used car I've ever purchased anywhere. They take better care of their cars than most people I know do. Sales are not pushy and they ride with you when doing the test drive so I don't have to fool with GPS to return. Lots of paperwork as always, but finance guy took care of things quickly and efficiently. Really nice experience all around. Will definitely buy again from Hertz.

The buying process was easy. But it did help that I already went with a pre-approval letter and check from my credit union. The only dislike was the sell of warranties. If I'm buying a pre-certified used vehicle, I shouldn't have to buy another warranty to cover electrical if the original warranty is bumper to bumper!

Jay “Justin” at the Las Vegas Hertz Car Sales was outstanding. He does a fantastic job working for your office. The way he interacts with the customers is an absolutely, “A Drop The Mic” moment. He is so good with the other customers including ourselves. It was really fun to work with him and watch him do his job. Your office is very fortunate to have someone like Jay working in your office. Guys like him are very hard to find that can represent the Hertz Brand in an outstanding manner. I am a retired Marine and I would have loved to have him as one of my young Marines in one of my units throughout my Marine Corps career. He would have been an outstanding Marine. Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.
