Was very helpful in helping answering all my questions on finding a white ridgeline with beige leather seats and pricing chrome and a tonneau cover.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Stephen at Stevens Creek Mazda was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the best thing of all… not pushy! He was an absolute joy, and was comfortable to take a test drive with. He answered all of my questions patiently and he worked with me to make the financial end work for my needs. In addition, Ricky in Finance made the process of dealing with the contract simple and easy. I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

I had an appointment at 11:00 and I was immediately greeted by Alex with no wait time. He went over the vehicle with me and answered all my questions. The car was exactly what he said it was. A+ shape. It was so easy and fast doing the paperwork and it was a real pleasure talking to personnel that I was introduced to. It was one of the best experiences at a car dealership I ever had.

This is my 3rd NEW CX5 non Turbo and by far #1- 2025 is a GREAT year with suspension, transmission and engine improvements- If you appreciate precision feedback , handling , suspension , brakes - Then you might start looking here. The vehicle interior is second to none at any cost and the build quality is as well. Approaching 10K miles on my 25 and no issues. I will say with these high compression engines (13-1 )- premium 91 + fuel is a must - turbo or not - As well The break in takes up to 20K miles before it will deliver the power its capable of - that said - Its reliable , easy to maintain - and for me has a timing chain ( no rubber belt ) and a real 6speed traditional step transmission as opposed to many other brands that are dropping cheap short lived CVT transmissions in the drivetrain - Mazda is using old school tried and tested technology. - I can yield at least 35 mpg if I keep it under 75 mph - and with a 15.3 gallon tank thats a lot of miles ! If you need a massive people / pet hauler - possibly look elsewhere- All models have AWD which has adaptive magnetic lockout which means little to no wear as it goes from 90% front -10% rear -- to 50%-50% depending on road conditions -- Just a great vehicle - If you are dead set on a competitor ( and there are many ) at least drive the CX5 before you decide- it may be your last stop - If you want power -- Get the turbo - I prefer the non-turbo as with premium fuel Im good with around 200 hp - The Turbo can get you over 250 Hp both 4 cylinder engines .

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

You are never alone, and if you need to have anything, they are on top of it right away. I got there on a Friday at about 11:00am, test drove the car, dealt with Scott most of the time, but Gary was also instrumental in to putting together the deal. I left with the car of my dream as my retirement gift from me to me and completed the transaction with financing and drove out with the car by 5:00pm. What a day! Honesty, if you find the car you really want there, this is the dealer you would actually enjoy dealing with. No haggling and no pressure, just good old business as it use to be years ago.
