Used 2025 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Pingree Grove, IL

I had an excellent experience working with, our service advisor, Kevin at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. His communication skills are outstanding, he kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to clearly explain what was needed and why. Kevin genuinely cares about his customers and it shows in the way he listens, follows up, and makes sure everything is handled properly. Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

This was the best Car buying experience that we have ever had. The dealership and our saleswoman Liz were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We were able to do much of the buying process over the phone. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours.

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.

Overall amazing experience. Really never have problems with service here. Employees are great and go the extra mile. Might need a snack bar. But waiting area is usually always empty so it is quiet and relaxing
