New and used 2025 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Rose Hill, VA

Went in looking for a car. The sales staff were no haggle, friendly, and accomodating! Super nice people! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Didn't feel pressured at all and they were very friendly, up front and honest!!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

I took my daughter to buy her first “grown up” car today. I always expect decent service whenever I buy a vehicle, but Melanie and Ben were an absolute joy! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were patient with my daughter throughout the process and demonstrated the kind of care I’d expect from a family member. Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Quick, easy and convenient. Very helpful staff. Don't feel like I'm being overcharged or having unnecessary services added. Agents communicate status frequently and clearly

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

From the initial purchase of my car to this last scheduled service I couldn’t be more impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly assistance with my questions or concerns.

This is my 3rd NEW CX5 non Turbo and by far #1- 2025 is a GREAT year with suspension, transmission and engine improvements- If you appreciate precision feedback , handling , suspension , brakes - Then you might start looking here. The vehicle interior is second to none at any cost and the build quality is as well. Approaching 10K miles on my 25 and no issues. I will say with these high compression engines (13-1 )- premium 91 + fuel is a must - turbo or not - As well The break in takes up to 20K miles before it will deliver the power its capable of - that said - Its reliable , easy to maintain - and for me has a timing chain ( no rubber belt ) and a real 6speed traditional step transmission as opposed to many other brands that are dropping cheap short lived CVT transmissions in the drivetrain - Mazda is using old school tried and tested technology. - I can yield at least 35 mpg if I keep it under 75 mph - and with a 15.3 gallon tank thats a lot of miles ! If you need a massive people / pet hauler - possibly look elsewhere- All models have AWD which has adaptive magnetic lockout which means little to no wear as it goes from 90% front -10% rear -- to 50%-50% depending on road conditions -- Just a great vehicle - If you are dead set on a competitor ( and there are many ) at least drive the CX5 before you decide- it may be your last stop - If you want power -- Get the turbo - I prefer the non-turbo as with premium fuel Im good with around 200 hp - The Turbo can get you over 250 Hp both 4 cylinder engines .

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

I want to preface this by saying I did not end up actually purchasing a car just yet but did want to come on here and say the sales staff I worked with (Daniel the Salesman and John the Sales Manager) were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told them at the beginning I wasnt looking to buy that day and never once did I feel pressured. Got all the information I asked for in a timely manner, was able to answer every question I had immediately. If I do end up going with a Mazda they have definitely earned my business.

Have bought 4 cars from this dealership. Customer service is great and dealing with the service department is a pleasure. That’s what keeps me going back.

I had the best experience buying a 2025 Nissan Frontier this week. My sales person was Eddie Florence and my finance person was Robert Barrow. First, let me say I was very pleased to see such a multi-ethnic staff at Safford. I feel it's a very genuine reflection of the Northern Virginia region. Eddie warmly greeted me a few minutes after I entered the showroom and asked how he might be able to assist. Eddie's best attribute is that he is a "people person" and is able to work with many different personality types - as my girlfriend and I are polar opposites, but he was able to talk to both of us with ease, warmth and kindness - which lasted throughout the entire process. Eddie is tall, and had to sit sideways in the back row of the Frontier while on the test drive, but didn't complain one bit. He took everything in stride. He answered a million questions from both my girlfriend and me, without ever tiring or getting irritated. He was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. I CANNOT say enough about this exceptional salesman. He is a pleasure to work with and by the end, we felt a business transaction turned into a friendship. Robert got us through the financing end of things quickly and stayed well past 9 p.m. to accommodate us. He has deep knowledge of not only the finance department, but sales and the auto industry as a whole given his years in the industry. We felt we could trust what he said and recommended because he was credible, articulate and so thoroughly acquainted with the ins and outs of the finance process. When we returned to get a bedliner added to our new truck, both Eddie and Robert greeted us warmly and talked with us for several minutes. This is my third Nissan - I had a Sentra and Altima before stepping up to buy my new Frontier. Out of all three buying experiences, this one was my best - because of the care and concern the staff took with us. To add, the showroom was immaculate, staff were plentiful inside the building, and the lot is centrally located in Sterling and easy to get to. My rating applies solely to the retail side of their business (used cars). I have not experienced their services yet. Pros: expeditious online inquiry follow-up, great customer service, informative staff. Cons: sales floor layout needs revamping, some new car sales guys could brush up on customer intake. First off, I am THE last person I would have expected to be writing a review of an Acura dealership, much less owning one. Honestly, Honda does a very poor job of linking itself to its luxury brand (Acura) - especially compared to Toyota and its Lexus brand. After already having decided to purchase a Lexus RX, I decided to contact them on a whim due to the local dealers not having the darker interior I wanted readily in stock. I found a solid match in their online inventry (MDX with tech pkg) and submitted an inquiry. Within hours I received a response and set up a time to test drive. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite, and bent over backwards to address all issues/inquiries I had related to purchasing - including coming in to meet with me on his day off! After having endured weeks of tiring back and forth with others dealers who failed to simplify my process by being upfront re: pricing, availability, and specs. Granted the new car sales on the floor could use some brushing up on customer intake (it's clear that used car customers are not their priority), I completed my car buying experience with renewed excitement thanks to Rosenthal Acura's simple, streamlined, customer-focused process. Harpreet and his colleagues are amazing - no aggravating time-wasters there!
