Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

Positive experience ftom the beginning to end of buying a new Miata. Colby was our salesperson and treated my husband, Bill, and me like we were his #1 priority. And I fully appreciate the method that Nelson Mazda employs ... one salesperson and NO haggling all the way through the process. If we find ourselves in the market for another new Mazda or a used vehicle, we'll be back in a heartbeat!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Paris did an awesome job, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Everybody was friendly & helpful. We drove home in our new CX50. What a great vehicle. ZOOM ZOOM

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

Seriously, the best car buying experience we have ever had and we have purchased at Mazda in the past. James went above and beyond to get us the car we loved and we cannot thank him enough! This is my 3rd NEW CX5 non Turbo and by far #1- 2025 is a GREAT year with suspension, transmission and engine improvements- If you appreciate precision feedback , handling , suspension , brakes - Then you might start looking here. The vehicle interior is second to none at any cost and the build quality is as well. Approaching 10K miles on my 25 and no issues. I will say with these high compression engines (13-1 )- premium 91 + fuel is a must - turbo or not - As well The break in takes up to 20K miles before it will deliver the power its capable of - that said - Its reliable , easy to maintain - and for me has a timing chain ( no rubber belt ) and a real 6speed traditional step transmission as opposed to many other brands that are dropping cheap short lived CVT transmissions in the drivetrain - Mazda is using old school tried and tested technology. - I can yield at least 35 mpg if I keep it under 75 mph - and with a 15.3 gallon tank thats a lot of miles ! If you need a massive people / pet hauler - possibly look elsewhere- All models have AWD which has adaptive magnetic lockout which means little to no wear as it goes from 90% front -10% rear -- to 50%-50% depending on road conditions -- Just a great vehicle - If you are dead set on a competitor ( and there are many ) at least drive the CX5 before you decide- it may be your last stop - If you want power -- Get the turbo - I prefer the non-turbo as with premium fuel Im good with around 200 hp - The Turbo can get you over 250 Hp both 4 cylinder engines .

Very good. The vehicle was ready, vehicle condition is exactly as was described to me, staff very efficient and informative, I worked the night before, they were fast, great service, make my experience easy. I highly recommend them

Ron and everyone at Sky Mazda of Odessa are the Best of the Best. Chris Robin could not have hired are better group than the one he has there. We bought a pre-owned Dodge Caravan and the buying process took less than an hour for us. We would recommend Sky Mazda or Mazda of Midland to anyone and we will always do that. went by sky mazda and wasn't even looking for a new car. i saw the mazda6, beautiful car. next thing i know i own one. the staff is very friendly and helpless. no pressure at all. they were very informatitive in telling me the details of my new car. everyone should go visit sky mazda. these guys are good, hard working, honest guys and don't screw you over, just to make a sale.

We drove from Lacrosse, Wisconsin area and it was worth the drive. John M. Was very pleasant, easy to talk to and easy to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles we test drove and helped us find the vehicle that was the best fit for us.

I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.

So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.

We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place and didn't think there was anything we could do, but we stopped at Machens to look at their "tent sale" vehicles. It was then that I ran into the greatest guy, Mr. MC Dampier, while I was certain there was nothing they could do to help us, MC was sure he could help us out. It took him less time than I thought and he had us preapproved for a reliable used car with low mileage and affordable payments. Along with MC, Mr. Dedrick Shelby was also very helpful and actually closed the deal. So, if you are need of a reliable car and a trustworthy dealer that can REALLY help you out instead of supplying empty promises, go see MC and Decrick, you will not regret it!
